Meet the Fortress & Fortress Junior Fillet Boards
After weeks of designing, testing, revising, and running through multiple prototypes, we’re proud to finally introduce what we believe is one of the toughest, most feature-packed fillet boards on the market—the Fortress and Fortress Junior.
Built from the ground up with anglers in mind, these boards aren’t just another cutting surface—they’re a complete fish-cleaning workstation.
Available Sizes
- Fortress – 48 inches long
- Fortress Junior – 31 inches long
Every Fortress model comes fully equipped with:
- One integrated fillet knife sheath
- Two LED night lights, perfect for filleting fish during those early morning launches or after-dark cleaning sessions
- One cup holder
- Integrated carry handle
- Extra-wide drip tray to help keep your cleaning area contained
- Fish gut bag hook for cleaner, more organized processing
The fillet knife sheath, cup holder, and LED light housings are all constructed from extremely strong carbon fiber-infused 3D-printed material, providing outstanding durability while keeping weight to a minimum.
Constructed from 1/2-inch HDPE, the Fortress series stands 1/8 inch thicker than many boards in the industry, giving you a stronger, more rigid work surface that won’t let you down.
These boards are also:
- Floating
- 100% American made (with the exception of the compact LED lights)
- Pressure washer capable
- Built to withstand aggressive scrubbing with a heavy-duty nylon brush
- Stain resistant
- UV resistant for years of outdoor use
We refused to rush this project. We spent several weeks refining every detail, evaluating multiple samples, and making improvements until we landed on the final version. The result is a premium fillet board we’re genuinely proud to put our name on—a board built to work as hard as you do on the water.
We believe the Fortress lineup is a top-tier, second-to-none fish cleaning board, engineered for anglers who demand durability, functionality, and American craftsmanship.
Finally, we’d like to apologize for the slightly higher shipping price point. Because of the size and unique construction of these one-of-a-kind boards, shipping costs are substantially higher than a typical product. We are willing to meet locally to Southeastern Wisconsin to save you on shipping. Rather than compromise quality or cut features, we chose to build the best board we possibly could. We truly appreciate your understanding and your support of American manufacturing and a small business dedicated to building products that are made to last.
